Kingdom Strollers Makes Traveling With Young Kids Easy

April 4, 2022

Bringing a stroller from home is a hassle. Even if you manage to get it through the airport without wanting to throw it out a window, you have to hope that it doesn’t get damaged in transit.

And with Disney’s stroller size restrictions, you may be carrying it across state lines just to be told that it’s too large to be allowed into the Disney Theme Parks.

That’s why many families feel that renting a stroller may be their best option. With Orlando being a very popular tourist destination, there are many companies that will deliver your stroller rental to your hotel or vacation home.

But, additional policies made the process more difficult, which is why Kingdom Strollers has come up with a better way to reach their customers.

You are able to pick up your rental stroller at the Orlando International Airport. Since we were getting into Orlando late (about 8PM) and staying in a condo away from the Theme Parks, that’s exactly what we did.

Getting Around Disney’s New Bell Service Restrictions

A few years ago, Disney changed their policy on Stroller Rental deliveries.

Using Bell Services as a pickup and drop off point was a convenient option for both Guests and the companies that were renting these strollers. However, as more families did this, Bell Services became overrun with strollers, ECV’s, etc. And it was affecting their services.

So, Disney had no choice but to change its policies.

And, to be honest, the thought of waiting around for a representative to deliver a stroller to your Resort isn’t the magical beginning you expect from a Disney vacation.

This is why having the choice to pick up and drop off your stroller at the Orlando International Airport (MCO) makes so much sense.

Not only are you adhering to Disney’s policies, it gives you the opportunity to start your vacation right away.

And speaking from experience, it’s easier to grab your luggage when you’re not also carrying your child or worried about them wandering away.

Stroller Pick Up and Drop Off Location

You can find Kingdom Strollers‘ location in Terminal A, Level 1 at the Wrap ‘N Fly counter.

There are signs around Orlando International Airport to guide you in the right direction. You can also look on MCO’s app or website for a map of the airport.

Mears Connect shuttles (the old Disney’s Magical Express location) is located in Terminal B Level 1 (far left hand side). So, if you see that, you’re in the wrong Terminal.

How will this affect your reservation on the Shuttles?

The good news is that this shouldn’t affect any of the new shuttle services.

Mears is the exact same company that operated Disney’s Magical Express for years. So, the services haven’t really changed. As for The Sunshine Flyer, you choose the time you need a ride, in 1 hour increments.

I also suggest letting them know your flight plans, so, they’ll already know if your plane is delayed.

When all else fails, talk to your Travel Agent. We’ll be able to confirm your arrival and make any changes necessary, so you can get yourself settled.

Why Kingdom Strollers?

There are many different Orlando based rental companies. So, why should you go with Kingdom Strollers?

Now that we have a baby in the house again, we have to think about strollers and other things that will make our lives easier while traveling.

So, aside from your ability to pick up your stroller at the airport, I can tell you that these are strollers that your baby will actually be comfortable in.

The plastic strollers at the Theme Parks are fine for older kids. But, they don’t work for younger kids.

If you are traveling with a child that still needs to take naps, giving them something that allows him/her to lay down is essential. And that’s exactly what we got.
