March 6th, 2019 marks the beginning of the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival.
During this Festival, the very talented Mariachi Cobre will be joined by Folklorico dancers to tell the story of Miguel Rivera, his love of music, and his quest to find his familia from the Disney/Pixar movie, “Coco”.

This brand new show will make its debut on the streets of the Mexico Pavilion in Epcot.
This will be a great addition to the pavilion, which already features a Mexico Folk Art Gallery. Learn all about Dia de los Muertos with little nods to the movie “Coco” sprinkled in there.
We always have a great time looking around the Pavilion before embarking on the Gran Fiesta Tour starring the Three Caballeros. It’s easy to miss this cute little boat ride, if you don’t know it’s there.

The highlight of the new show will inevitably be Miguel, himself, who will appear in the form of a whimsical, hand-crafted puppet.
Miguel appeared in Disney’s California Adventure last year for A Musical Celebration of “Coco”. Ever since I saw this amazing puppet, I had been wondering when he would make his way to the east coast.

The Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival will run between March 6th and June 3rd, 2019. Bring su familia and catch Miguel while you can.
