Fastpass+ – Tiers Updated for Toy Story Land

For as much trouble as they are to get, Fastpass is still my best friend when I’m in the Disney Parks.

I love being able to experience the most popular rides and attractions with little to no wait (and that includes the new rides in Toy Story Land).

Fastpass+ can dramatically enhance your trip, if you know how to plan them right. A 2 hour wait in line? No thank you!

The best personal experience I have with Fastpass+ happens to involve the brand new ride in Animal Kingdom, Flight of Passage.

Although it has now been open for a little while, wait times can easily still be hours long.

At the time I grabbed my first fastpass for Flight of Passage (I’ve actually grabbed them more than once since then), Pandora had only been open for 4 months and fastasses were extremely hard to come by.

Of all the rides that I had been looking forward to, Flight of Passage was the one I was most looking forward to. And that was mainly based on the rave reviews it had been getting.

At the time when our Fastpass+ window opened, the queue was 240+ minutes. But, by grabbing a fastpass as soon as my 60 day window opened, I cut that 240+ minute wait to a mere 5 minutes!

Is it always going to cut down your time that dramatically? I guess that depends on the attraction. But, when it comes to the rides and attractions that consistently sees long queue lines, grabbing a fastpass makes you feel like a VIP!

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Now that Toy Story Land is open, there has been a shift in the Fastpass+ Tiers. Even if you have been to Walt Disney World before, and have experiences with Fastpass+, you’re going to want to check out the updated Tiers.

With the exception of Toy Story Mania (formerly Toy Story Midway Mania), every other attraction that was previously in Tier 1 has been bumped to Tier 2.

Tier One: (Choose 1)
