Hold on, Jessie!
“With Andy away, Rex and Jessie are helping install the last bit of lights on top of the tallest block tower in Andy’s toy block city. But, Rex has gotten tangled up in the light string and Jessie has now grabbed the end of the string to help save him and the Jenga tower from falling.”
Jessie and Rex have taken their places at Hollywood Studios! And it wouldn’t be Disney if they hadn’t come up with a story line to explain what is going on. You wouldn’t want those Jenga pieces falling down on you. These things are Huge!
Toy Story Land may not be open until Summer 2018, but with these iconic characters being added to the ride, it can only mean one thing…Slinky Dog Dash is FINISHED!
Of course, there is a lot of testing that needs to be done to make sure everything is running properly and is safe for guests, but the fact that characters are starting to be added is exciting all in itself!
But, since we still have a little bit of a wait until Toy Story Land is officially open, we will have to content ourselves with seeing the miniaturized version, inside Walt Disney Presents (the re-imagined version of One Man’s Dream), until it is finished.
