Reservations are now open for the brand new Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort for stays beginning July 9, 2019.
Much like Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, Coronado Springs is another Disney Resort that has been seeing major construction and reimagining lately.
Construction is not finished yet, but based on the Concept Art we’ve seen, as well what has already been done to the Caribbean Beach Resort, we’re expecting amazing things from Gran Destino Tower.
It just wouldn’t be a Disney Resort without some awesome Restaurants. And this brand new Resort is not going to disappoint.
Three Bridges Bar & Grill will be located on an island in the middle of Lago Dorado, a 14-acre lake on Property. The entire area will be accessible by walkways stretching across the lake.
But, the most anticipated Restaurant is the rooftop table service Restaurant, Toledo – Tapas, Steak, & Seafood. This brand new dining experience will sit above the 15-story Resort and will give you amazing views of Walt Disney World. You should also be able to get an amazing view of Epcot and Hollywood Studios’ Firework Shows. With indoor seating, as well as an outdoor lounge, every seat is going to be the best seat in the house.
Reservations are not yet available for these Restaurants.
Coronado Springs is a Moderate Resort, so the decor is more luxurious than what you would see at Value Resorts.
Standard Rooms are priced at $261 per night, which is right in line with the other Moderate Resorts on Walt Disney World Property. Of course, that is the price without discounts. Summer discounts haven’t been released yet, but since Disney is ALWAYS releasing discounts, it is possible to get a great deal. Never do Disney without a discount!
The new tower will be the main entrance point for Coronado Springs. Gran Destino will add 545 new guest rooms, including 50 suites, and a gorgeous two-story lobby. The 1,800-plus existing rooms, at Coronado Springs, are already fully updated with new fixtures, furnishings and lighting.
I can not wait to see this Resort when construction is finished! A stay at this Resort just may need to happen ASAP!
